What is your Return Policy?
Any item received by the purchaser in a damaged state will be replaced at no cost to the buyer as soon as we receive the damaged item back or a photograph of the product and the shipping box that the product was shipped in. Please call 877-332-4478 or Email, firstname.lastname@example.org .
The customer has 15 days from the date the customer has received the order and must Email, (email@example.com), for an RMA or an exchange because of damage. If customer ordered the wrong product and put in a claim to exchange a product with in 15 days there is no charge EXCEPT for FREE Shipping. The Customer will have to pay to return their mistaken order. After 15 days but no more than 30 days there will be a 15% restocking fee on all products. After 30 days but no more than 60 days there is a 30% restocking fee. After 60 days there are no returns or exchanges accepted .
We allow refunds on MOST items. To be eligible for refund, returns must be made after receiving a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Designs For Better Giving and must be sent by a traceable delivery method.(U.P.S., Fedex, or registered mail) We do not consider items returned until they have been received and signed for by us.. WE WILL REFUSE ALL UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
All items must be returned in the same condition as when they left our warehouse.
Improperly packed returned items will incur restocking charges up to 30%
If items returned to us are received in damaged condition due to poor packing, and cannot be re-sold, there will be no refund.
For purchases that included free shipping, the shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the amount of the purchase price.and the difference will be refunded using the same method used for payment or by company check within 30 days.
To get an RMA:
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com within 5 days of delivery to obtain full creditexcept for items purchase and the customer receive FREE SHIPPING. Please put in the subject column " Return Authorization".
All items must be in the same condition as when they left our facility. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There will be a re-shipping charge if you need to exchange an item for a different size or design of any of our products unless the wrong item was shipped to you.
Journals or address books that have been written in or damaged in any way
Kwanzaa items that have been used .
The customer is responsible for returning the product before a refund can be issued.
