Designs For Better Giving.com and the data that we collect from you through Designs For Better Giving.com®TM is stored on a host server located in the United States. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing, and processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our main servers are operated from a dedicated Internet hosting facility with state-of-the-art physical security features, including smoke detection and fire suppression systems, motion sensors, 24x7 secured access, and video camera surveillance and security breach alarms.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet or over mobile networks is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Application or over mobile networks; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your personal information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy in response to changing business circumstances and legal developments.
